We hope this helps to make schooling a little more affordable for students.

We still recommend seeing what MBNA can offer for unsecured loans http://www.mbna.com/loans/index.html  (they can offer you money for housing and other costs) as well as your local bank and credit unions.  Since all costs and even living expenses wouldn't top $10,000 ($5000 for school $5000 for really posh living for 3 months...) many will offer you good terms--better than we could.

Capital One also offers a variety of personal loans:  http://www.capitalone.com/personalloans/index.php?linkid=WWW_0805_PRSL_03_HOME_C1_01_T_PL1 be sure and check out their options as well.
